Memori Rings stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade cremation jewelry. Each piece is carefully created and inspected to ensure it meets our high standards before leaving our studio.

We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and care. During this period, if your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect, Memori Rings will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Ring resizing.

To request warranty service, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and provide instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Memori Rings. If a defect is confirmed, shipping of the repaired or replacement item will be covered by us.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to original purchasers. It provides specific legal rights, which may vary by state or jurisdiction.

Can you use human cremains or hair?

Yes! We can use cremains or hairs from your loved ones, this is very common. We also have the ability to use all sorts of memorable materials such as sand, dirt, wood, or pieces from your pet's favorite toy. Please contact us if you have any questions.
