Collection Kit Instructions

Cremation jewelry collection kit with envelope, jar, scoop, baggie, and ring sizer template.

After you place an order...

we’ll send you a secure cremation collection kit with simple instructions and prepaid label. For ring orders we also include a ring sizing tool. Once your kit is returned, we’ll begin creating your custom memorial piece. Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks once we receive your cremains.

Step 1:

Use the included spoon to fill the bag with about 3 full scoops of cremains.

Step 2:

Place the baggie containing the cremains into the included glass jar.

Step 3:

If you ordered a ring, use the included sizing tool to make sure you ordered the correct size. The kit includes full sizes from 5-15, but we are able to make half sizes 4.5-15.

Final Step

Place the glass jar back into the prepaid envelope, seal it, then send it back to us.
